Rare Vintage W. B. Fuller's Cholera Mixture Quack Remedy Victorian Trade Card
For your consideration we have an extremely rare Dr. Fuller's "Cholera Mixture" quack medication victorian trade card. But first a little history, records show that the Fuller family seemed to have lived in and around Uniontown PA. For a century or two. Smith Fuller had a drug store where his son Dr. William Fuller worked as a clerk. In the 1880 census he is listed as a druggist and his advertisements said that he had a laboratory albeit there are no records of any training as a physician. In the back of the card you will find testimonies of the therapeutic effects of his "Cholera Mixture" although ironically the good Doctor died of liver disease which of course his tonic was suppose to treat. This very rare card is in excellent condition and is a must for any serious collector of antique quack medication trade cards.
