I've scanned the back of one of them - they are all similar (except the info for the month differs) - in that they all give the character traits and horoscope for that month. I do not know the date, but I was able to find the firm of Barclay & Co in the 1915 Manhattan directory. So they certainly date from around the turn of the century.
